   I acknowledge that GPS location data may be collected during approved work-related activities, including site sign-in and sign-out, workforce attendance, and route optimisation. GPS tracking is only active during these activities with my consent.

3. 3 AI-Generated Recommendations Are Advisory Only

   I understand that all AI-generated content, recommendations, summaries, and suggestions provided by JJ AI, Tia AI, Nevaeh AI, and Leia AI are for informational and operational support purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

4. 4 Final Responsibility Remains With Qualified Personnel

   I acknowledge that final responsibility for all operational decisions, system designs, compliance verification, safety procedures, installation quality, and certification requirements remains with the qualified company or individual.

5. 5 Document Storage

   I consent to the secure storage of uploaded documents, including certificates, photographs, compliance records, site survey images, and other operational documents within the RJsol Pro platform.

6. 6 Platform Content Usage

   I agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute platform content, proprietary systems, or AI-generated outputs beyond their intended operational use within RJsol Pro.

7. 7 Platform Activity Monitoring

   I acknowledge that platform activity may be monitored for security, compliance, and service improvement purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. 8 Accuracy of Uploaded Information

   I confirm that all information I upload to the platform, including personal details, certifications, qualifications, and project data, is accurate and up to date.
