2. User Responsibilities
By using RJsol Pro, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Maintain all required professional qualifications and certifications
- Review and verify all AI-generated content before acting on it
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. AI Systems
RJsol Pro includes four AI assistants: JJ AI (operations), Tia AI (marketing), Nevaeh AI (meetings), and Leia AI (accounts). All AI outputs are advisory only. AI systems do not replace qualified professional judgment. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content, recommendations, and suggestions before making operational decisions.
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of RJsol Pro is subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in those documents.
5. GPS and Workforce Tracking
Users acknowledge that RJsol Pro includes GPS tracking and workforce monitoring functionality during operational activities where enabled. GPS data is collected during site sign-in/sign-out activities with user consent. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the platform or its features
- Attempt unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access
- Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws
7. Intellectual Property
All RJsol Pro software, branding, systems, content, and documentation remain the property of RJsol Pro. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RJsol Pro shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Operational delays or interruptions
- Compliance failures arising from user actions
- Decisions made solely based on AI-generated outputs
- Failures of third-party services or integrations
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Engage in illegal activity
- Fail to make required payments
- Create security risks for the platform or other users
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may retain data as required by law.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of RJsol Pro after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
